How do I place an order?

Simply select your favorite piece, add it to your cart, and follow the secure checkout process. We'll guide you every step of the way. To order commissions, just place a request and we shall reach out to you.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, and Apple Pay to ensure your purchasing experience is as smooth and secure as possible. When placing an order, your billing address must match the information linked to your payment method. If your payment is declined, please contact the bank you are making the payment with.

Can I track my order once it's placed?

Yes! Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your art's journey to you. 

Shipping & Delivery

PROCESSING TIMES

Original artworks are meticulously packed and dispatched within 3-5 business days. Limited edition prints are made to order and typically ship within 7-10 days to ensure archival quality and perfect condition on arrival.

GLOBAL DELIVERY & COSTS

We offer fully insured worldwide shipping. Standard domestic rates are flat-fee, while international delivery is calculated at checkout based on dimensions and destination. Every shipment includes a tracking number and signature confirmation for your peace of mind.

PACKAGING STANDARDS

Your art is protected by industry-standard archival materials. Larger canvases are shipped in reinforced wooden crates, while works on paper are sent in heavy-duty tubes or flat-mount cases, ensuring they remain pristine throughout their journey to your home.

Returns, & Cancelations

Can I return an original art piece or print?

Due to the nature of the sale and the limited number of Editions, Original Artworks and exclusive stock, all sales are final. Once an order has been dispatched, we do not accept returns on any purchase.

How do I cancel an order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please get in touch with us at hello@foramartsy.com within 48 hours of placing your purchase.

As every piece is prepared with care from the moment an order is received, all sales are considered final — however, we will always do our very best to assist you and find a solution wherever possible.

What happens if my art arrives damaged?

Every order leaves our hands carefully inspected and lovingly packed, because what arrives at your door should feel just as special as the art inside it.

In the unlikely event that your piece has been damaged in transit, we kindly ask that you reach out to us at hello@foramartsy.com within 24 hours of delivery with the following details:

  1. Your full name and order number (found in your order confirmation email)

  2. A photograph of the damaged artwork

  3. A photograph of the inner packaging and outer delivery box

Commission Your Story

Have a specific vision in mind? I would love to collaborate with you to create a bespoke piece of art that speaks to your unique space and story. Commissions typically take 4-8 weeks to complete once you have ordered and paid 50% advance.
